Does someone come to my house to work on the computer?

Wonderful question!  No.  All computer work is done via the internet on a secure remote connection to your computer!

What type of computers do you work on?

We work on all versions of Windows.  We also offer support to Mac’s but services are limited.  Message us on the bottom of the page for a specific issue you are having with your mac!  And Linux is currently not supported but if you have a question let us know because we just may be able to help!

What if my computer will not connect to the internet?

We will then troubleshoot the problem with you over the phone.  In most cases if the computer will boot into windows we will have no problem fixing any issues.  If the computer wont turn on or their is a blank screen we probably will not be able to fix it but call us anyway!  We would love to help you out in any way we can and advice is always free.   😆

 

Is the service I get safe?

Will your remote software work if I have a firewall or wireless router?

Yep.

 

Do I have to sit there the whole time while you are working on my computer?

No.  We will need you to be present for the start of the service but you can leave any time after.

 

Can I use my computer while you are connected to it?

In most cases there will be wait time while scans finish.  During those times we will let you know and you can use your computer.  Otherwise no, but you can always have us pause the service if you are in need.

 

Are your technicians from the USA?

Yes.  We are currently located in Mexico but we are from the USA and speak English as our primary language.

 

Are you going to try to sell me software or add a bunch of garbage to my computer?

Never!  We are in the business of helping you.  It is not our goal to sell you anything that is unnecessary or put any kind of junk on your computer.  When we connect to your computer we will use widely available programs.  If you would like we can leave them but otherwise we will uninstall them when we are finished with your computer.

 

How do you connect to my computer over the internet to fix it?

Great question!  We use cutting edge software to connect with your PC (with your permission).  We then can see your computer just as if we were sitting in front of it at your home.

 

How do I pay and is it safe?

Very easy.  On the pricing plan options click the link that says ‘Fix it’ for the service you want.  It will direct you and your purchase to Paypal’s extremely safe checkout system where you will enter your private information.

 

What if you cannot fix my problem?

This does happen on occasion due to the nature of computer problems.  If the problem is not able to be fixed we will refund your money 100%!
